Teachers, trainers and staff learn most by watching other professionals at work. AKMI hosts Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobilities inside its own campuses and alongside partner institutions. Real classrooms, real labs, real practice, not a seminar room detached from teaching.
For: VET, HE, school & adult education
Programme: Erasmus+ KA1
Format: individuals or teams
Funded under: KA121 & KA122
From observing our teachers at work to an intensive themed week. Choose the one that matches your team’s goals.
Option 1
Your staff observe and exchange practice alongside our teachers and trainers, in classrooms, workshops and labs, seeing how a large educational organization runs day to day. The format where AKMI’s own institutions and partner schools are the real advantage.
Duration 2-5 days
Format individual or team
Option 2
An intensive, immersive week designed for deeper professional development: a small cohort, named industry speakers, site visits, and a tangible outcome.
Our flagship staff experience, fundable under KA121 and KA122.
Where activities run
Activities are organized at AKMI’s own campuses and alongside public and private institutions, across school education, vocational training and adult learning.
We host activities inside our own VET institute and Metropolitan College. Teaching classrooms, specialized labs and workshops across levels EQF 4-7, with our teaching staff on hand.
Where it strengthens the experience, we arrange visits to public and private schools, VET centres and adult-education providers, to gain deeper insights into the Greek education system.
SCH
For teachers and staff in primary and secondary schools: pedagogy, classroom practice and whole-school approaches.
VET
For VET teachers, trainers and tutors: work-based learning, labs, and links between training and the labor market.
ADU
For adult educators and staff: inclusive delivery, lifelong-learning methods and learner engagement.
Subject areas
