Build your organisation's Erasmus+ capacity.

Thinking about Erasmus+ accreditation, or a first short-term project? We work alongside organisations at whichever stage they need — from shaping a strong application to running the mobilities and reporting at the end. Wherever you are in the journey, we can help.

What this is

Support for organisations
running their own Erasmus+

Most of what AKMI Mobility does is host and run mobilities. This is different. Here we put our experience at the service of other organisations — schools, VET and adult-education providers, NGOs and public bodies — that want to access Erasmus+ funding and run their own mobility projects.

Erasmus+ can be hard to enter: the accreditation process, the Erasmus Plan, the Quality Standards, the reporting. Having coordinated and partnered in more than 100 EU projects, and held our own accreditation since 2021, we help organisations find their way through it with confidence.

Two ways in

Accreditation,
or a short-term project

Which route fits depends on your ambitions and your experience so far. We can help you decide, then support the route you choose.

KA120 · Erasmus accreditation

Long-term accreditation

Accreditation gives your organisation ongoing, simplified access to Erasmus+ KA1 funding for years to come, built around a multi-year Erasmus Plan. It’s the route for organisations ready to make mobility a lasting part of what they do.

Best for

Organisations planning regular mobility over several years, ready to set out a long-term strategy.

KA122 · Short-term projects

A first short-term project

KA122 lets an organisation run a short-term mobility project without holding an accreditation — a manageable first step to send staff or learners abroad and build experience before committing to a longer strategy.

Best for

Newcomers to Erasmus+, or organisations wanting to try a project before pursuing accreditation.

Where we help

Support at every stage

A project runs through three stages. Some organisations want a hand through all of them; others only need support at one point. We fit around you.

01. Application

Getting a strong, fundable proposal together.

02. Implementation

Running the mobilities smoothly once funded.

03. Reporting

Closing the project cleanly and on time.
Every organisation is at a different point, and needs something different. The best next step is simply to talk — tell us where you are and what you’re hoping to do, and we’ll take it from there.

How we work

Experienced partners,
close at hand

We work closely with each organisation, shaping the support around your situation rather than a fixed formula.

Close to your team

We work with the people in your organisation and stay reachable throughout, so support fits how you actually work.

Grounded in experience

Everything we bring comes from running Erasmus+ projects ourselves, many times over, as an accredited organisation.

Tailored, not templated

Your context, sector and goals shape the support. We meet you where you are, at the point you need.
